Johnny Cool, Johnny Cool

I thought it’s about time to put a few renders together of the Batman Irregulars, considering they passed their first mission ‘n’ all. Starting the ball rolling, here’s Johhny Cool with stats repeated below.

I could go into details about how tricky it was to get his body to look like it is made of ice – getting the transparency, translucency and specularity just right was something of a challenge, but I’m happy with how he turned out. Click to enlarge – imho the smaller image just doesn’t do him justice.

Instead of technicalities,let’s just enjoy him for what he is – an iceman in black speedos and shades with a frickin’ Batman logo on his chest.

And that’s good enough for me.
