Notes: Tomoe Gozen is a real person, or was back in 1000 AD. She was a kick-ass female warrior and expert in the sword and bow – every bit the equal of any male samurai. Most female warriors favoured the Naginata thanks to it’s increased reach, but Tomoe Gozen bucked that trend by getting up close and personal. I’ve re-imagined her with a sword and sai for 4e purposes and sheer coolness.
