Here’s Kobold Hall from the Fourth Edition D&D Dungeon Master’s Guide recreated in Minecraft. I’m up to Encounter Three so far, so it’s strictly a work-in-progress. Please excuse the horrendous framerate – Minecraft plays wonderfully on my little netbook, but fraps kills it stone dead. I’ll find another way of recording the finished dungeon. If anyone can suggest a better recording solution, I’d be grateful.
This walkthrough is in Peaceful Mode with only an Evil Pig Spy for company. When it’s done I’ll crank the Difficulty way up and record how long I survive at night in full armour and a trusty sword. Bwahahahaha, etc.
Pretty cool.
good god, must… dig… deeper… thanks for making me addicted to this game. i cant see teh real world now without seeing blocks. **LAUGHS**
I’m fine. :) But this is looking pretty good.
I think this is a really cool project, and I’m really enjoying watching it come together!
I can remember exploring these halls as a player when 4th Edition was released. Cool to see it brought to “life”.
