From the Short & Sweet Department: Here’s Captain London’s stats for ICONS, all primed and ready for play. For comparison purposes he weighs in at 60 points, more than the suggested 45 point base for a point-buy character, but well within the limits for a randomly generated one. That’s in keeping with his status as the first (and arguably greatest) British Super-Soldier.
I’m likely to run a return of this guy using Mutants & Masterminds (either 2e or 3e, if we convert our campaign over) but ICONS is a terrific “superhero scratchpad” system for creating and benchmarking characters quickly and easily.
