View from a Hall

I’m feelin’ too lazy to write tonight, so this little pic will have to do. It’s a shot from Scarsdale Hall after our little trek up there yesterday. Perfect light, etc. You know how it is.

We also encountered a hedgehog who wasn’t in the least bit bothered by folks wandering around his patch of earth :) I’ll post up photos of that lil critter tomorrow.

This shot was taken using ‘big ugly’, the excellent Tamron 28-300 which converts into a terrific 50-500 (-ish, but who’s counting?) on the Canon 300D. Who says you need a wide-angle for landscape photos? So saying, next time we go up there, I’m going to use the 10-22 superwide………
